Exchange and return of goods in good condition
In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation dated 07.02.1992 N 2300-1 “On Protection of Consumer Rights” the consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their delivery, and after the delivery of goods – within 14 calendar days from the date of actual receipt of goods.
Exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out through the procedure “Return of goods”.
The return of the goods of proper quality is possible in the event that its trade dress, factory tags, labels, consumer characteristics, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved. The absence of the buyer’s control does not deprive him of the possibility to refer to the testimony. It is impossible to return the used goods (paragraph 1, section 25 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated 07.02.1992 № 2300-1).
If the goods are not suitable for you and the goods are of proper quality, you can make a refund only for the goods, not including the cost of delivery.
The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made, except for cash on delivery. In case of C.O.D., the refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank card specified in the refund request.
If the order has been assembled incorrectly (model, color or size does not correspond to what was specified in the order) or you have found a defect, you can make a return. In this case, you will be refunded all expenses: for the goods, for the delivery (in case of paid delivery) and for the return shipment.
Goods from the “Accessories” section are not returnable.

Return of goods of inappropriate quality (defect)
Our Boutique sells only new products of proper quality, however, if you have received a product of improper quality for any reason, we will refund 100% of your expenses for returning the goods.

Refunds for defective goods will be made upon written request of the buyer during the warranty period. The request must be accompanied by a sales receipt and an electronic receipt issued at the time of purchase.
The warranty period for clothing is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer.
The goods are not subject to exchange and return:
with defects resulting from use in conditions not corresponding to its purpose;
